Wave Vessel

We are delighted to be working with Bev and creating gorgeous pieces together. 

Together we have created this gorgeous vessel, which we have named 'Wave'; an organic shape with thumb grip indents to allow for easy handling and pouring, these vessels are a pleasure to use and style with. 

We love investing in and creating handcrafted items that can be used in multiple ways and this vessel has been created with the idea that you can use it as a pouring jug, for fresh or dried arrangements, or a stylish way to keep utensils handy on your benchtop. Available in three heights, they are also statement pieces on their own or in a collection.

With their multiple uses and beautiful design, they are sure to become a favourite addition to your dining and entertaining collection.

About the creator: Though she also works with commercial clays, Bev's work draws on the rich natural landscapes of the Central Coast and its surrounds, incorporating foraged clay, rocks and minerals. This involves experimental methods of making and firing, driven by a love affair with the unpredictable alchemy of mud and fire. Knowing the origin of the materials used to create a vessel brings Bev a sense of collaboration with the earth that she finds deeply satisfying. 

All materials are sustainably collected and Bev recognises that her practice takes place on territory stolen from our Indigenous peoples. She would like to respectfully acknowledge the Darkinjung peoples as the rightful owners and original stewards of the land on which she works.
